By instructing AnyVisa Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ”AnyVisa”) to act as your agent for the provision of passports, visas and other related services, you agree to all the terms set out below. AnyVisa reserve the right to change these terms without explanation at any time. All such changes will come into effect once they have been published at this website

AnyVisa provides a comprehensive visa and passport service. AnyVisa will offer advice, arrange collection of documents of client, deliver documents to relevant embassies/consulates and finally the documents will be returned to the client.
We understand that your passport is your most important document and that it is natural to be concerned about it. AnyVisa will at all times endeavor to ensure safekeeping of all documents. However AnyVisa does not accept responsibility for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application whatsoever or howsoever caused by consulates, embassies or delivery companies. Nor do we accept liability for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application arising from acts of God, weather conditions, public enemies, war, strikes, acts or omissions by public authorities.
AnyVisa will at all times endeavour to process applications according to clients' request. However it is the express responsibility of the client to check the validity of the passport, visa or document issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required and is also valid for the purpose of trip. AnyVisa does not bare any responsibility for mistakes and misprints made by a consulate however we are always ready to provide help and support in difficult situations should the client notify us about any mistakes or misprints in visa upon collecting the passport. AnyVisa recommends not purchasing tickets prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement of the consulate. AnyVisa DOES NOT refund cost of additional expenses (tickets, accommodation, etc) caused by the above mentioned mistakes and misprints.
AnyVisa will do the best at all times to provide accurate and reliable information and to process applications as requested by the client. However, requirements and fees related to the processing of passports, visas and related services are outside the control of AnyVisa and subject to change without prior notice. These include, but are not limited to, consulate fees, additional documentation, application forms, and processing times. AnyVisa does not accept responsibility for any changes in requirements or fees and reserves the right to pass on any increased charges.
All applications for visas and business authorizations should be submitted to our office before 5 p.m. and the processing time starts next working day provided we have received all documents correctly and completely.
Payment is necessary before we can process your application. For 1 and 2 working days visa applications all fees must be paid in cash. Fees may be paid by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card, provided you have 10 days before you travel. Cheques may be accepted for postal applications provided you have 10 days before you travel. Documents will not be returned until your cheque has been cleared. Please make cheques payable to AnyVisa Ltd.
Should you decide to cancel your application after we have received and checked all documents and before the documents have been lodged at the Embassy a cancellation charge of £25 will apply.
Applications cannot be cancelled and travel dates cannot be changed after applications have been submitted to the Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the full service charge and visa fee will apply. It may be possible to withdraw a passport in an extreme emergency depending on the Embassy’s policy, however, visa fees and service charge will still apply.
If we accept your urgent application we will do our best for you but we cannot take any responsibility for urgent applications. Clients should be aware that if they leave their application to the last minute there is a great risk that if something does not go to plan they will not receive their visa in time to travel.
Please ensure you keep copies of all your documents, including your passport and UK visa. Once we have lodged your application in the Embassy we may be unable to access this information should you need it for any reason. Embassies often retain bank statements, employer’s letters and any non-original documents relating to travel, e.g. faxes from hotels and internet confirmation. Therefore, if you need this information, it is vital to keep copies.
